Sandry's Holy Coffee Gift Card

The following terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards issued by ArteNofre Colombia, LLC

1. General: These Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Cards purchased from our online store. By purchasing and/or using an ArteNofre Colombia, LLC Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. ArteNofre Colombia, LLC reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

2. Gift cards can only be used as a form of payment in our Sandry's Holy Coffee online store. You can use the gift card to pay for the full amount or part of the purchase in our online store, either on its own or in combination with other payment methods.

3. Validity: The Sandry's Holy Coffee Gift Card is valid for three (3) months from the date of activation; Once the validity period has expired, the Gift Card cannot be used to make purchases, nor can it be reactivated or refunds of the unused balance be made.

4. Returns:
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Once a gift card has been activated or reloaded at the time of purchase, it is non-refundable.

5. Limited Liability: Once the Sandry's Holy Coffee Gift Card is activated, ArteNofre Colombia, LLC is not responsible for its misuse.

6. Personal Data Processing Policy: ArteNofre Colombia, LLC acts as the controller of all personal data provided through the purchase and activation of the Gift Card.

8. Billing: ArteNofre Colombia, LLC is exempt from issuing an invoice for the purchase of the Sandry's Holy Coffee Gift Card, as this import does not constitute direct income, but rather an exchange of payment methods. Therefore, the corresponding invoice will be issued when the Gift Card is used for a purchase.
